Why do you get dizzy when the waves go out?

whenever im at the beach rightwhere the water is coming in and out i get dizzy when it goes out-why?

well i think that's like that because your body gets so used to the waves then allover the Sudan your body gets dizzy.

I think because of the sudden pressure changes on your body if you are in the waves.
