  2. Well, you get unlucky and get sentenced by a hung-over, bloody minded judge.

  3. because the government cares more about money than they do about people... forget human rights if you f*** with their money they gon' getcha....

but this darwin case was kind of like fraud and murder rolled into one... they made their children think that they had lost their father. w**kers in my opinion how could anyone do that to their family?

  4. Because the institutions take a very dim view of financial fraud and lying to the courts.

Property and finance in the U.K.

Murder - well that depends on who is murdered.

  5. I have no idea...

My guess is that it's because fraud usually involves stealing money from either the government or big corporations - a big no-no in this day and age - whereas murder just involves the loss of life i.e. no monetary value.

I've heard of people getting several years for fraud without bail and yet a paedophile or rapist gets next to no time in jail and will often be let out early if they behave.

    It's sick.

  6. Obviously life has far less value!......

  7. Money is more important in law.

Remember the law phrase 'Property and persons'?

  8. i hope your not planning on commiting either one

  9. Because the justice system in this country stinks. Obviously money beats human life when it comes to priorities.
