Why do you get pimples before your Menstruation?

I always break out when i get my period. i have no idea why, but im pretty sure im not da only one with this problem!

Right before you period you have a surge of progesterone. Its what makes you bloat as well. What happens is it choking the oil glands in the face and not allowing oil to come out or dirt/bacteria that got in. So you get a pimple. Most women get pimples around the mouth chin area. Which is the hormonal area of the face.
