I've had lots of bad dreams lately. Last night I was running from a robot that looked much like the alien of The Day The World Stood Still, & it was going to r*** me. What makes us do that? Am I really full asleep cause I soon wake up in a dither?

  1. Bad dreams tend to occur when you are in physical discomfort.  Maybe you ate too soon before you went to bed. The indigestion could really set off some nightmares. I don't know your situation - maybe there is a source of stress in your life, or maybe you are in some sort of physical pain.

That...or you may be watching too many movies/shows that replay in your brain in a bizarre manner as you sleep.

  2. Stress & reliving your day.

  3. What are your dreams? It could be your past haunting you.
