  1. because ur legs are really strong and paddling ur arms on a boogie board is hard because u are always sliding around and the board tends to be just a little bit wider than ur shoulders


  2. Wearing fins while body boarding makes it so much easier to catch waves.  Also makes it easier to paddle out and get yourself out of rip currents.
