Why do you have to wear gloves to put frozen sausage on the grill, but?

not when you put frozen hashbrowns in the rack?

  4. umm, i didnt know it was required to wear gloves when handling sausages in the first place.

    i dont where them, i just make sure i wash my hands after.

  5. Wearing latex/rubber gloves in the industry goes both ways, to protect you, the worker and to protect the customer as well. It's most likely because if you take sausage particles to the bread, the cooked food and the condiments, you chance the spread of some icky contaminants- which are not present in the potatoes.

  6. Frozen sausages is raw meat and you should always wear gloves to prevent cross contamination from the meat to another food product. Its for the safe health of everyone.
