I went for a run last night, about 1.5 miles. Just after I started, I began to feel a burning sensation in my thighs and across my lower back (above the butt). As I began to sweat these areas also began to itch. Why is that? I've also noticed before when I ran I would get the same feeling. I am not running at a HIGH speed, more like jogging and at the beginner's pace... very low-key. Didn't have on anything bulky, just some knee length sweat pants, bra top & tank. Any suggestions why this would happen?
