  1. I like chess because it makes my mind fresh and active. I get better in srategy and my mind gets sharp so I like chess.

  2. Well I like it mainly because its a strategical/tactical game, that is it doesn't depend on luck.  I love how it uses your mind and allows you to plan ahead.  Chess is one of those games that when you win its is highly rewarding as you can just see the brilliance of an attack that you've carried out.  But overall its an awesome way to crush someone in a friendly way lol =)

  3. I liked how it was pure.  If your idea was good it didn't matter who your opponent's father was, etc.

In anything else, petty politics came in, or worse, luck.  (I.E. he won, not because he was better but because he got better equipment or paid for better training facilities - it might not be 100% right, but you'll never factor that out.)  With Chess you advanced as far as YOU could.  Everyone can get the same books, etc.

No, we weren't on the wrong side of the tracks, but we could hear the trains.:)

  4. I like it because it is about strategy and thinking, and every game is different.

  5. i like it because it's a game about strategy not luck. i also like it because it is a great way to use my thinking skills. i also like it because it is very easy to follow, it has easy rules.

  6. I like Chess because its like a strategy game in computer, you need to control your army. And chess helps you exercise your mind.Chess also tests you how good you are in thinking.
