Because Mexican food combines my favorite 2 flavors. The explosive spicy taste (chili, enchiladas, and jalapenos on everything!), and the fresh sour taste of tacos, salsa and guacamole.

The delicious flavors! Mexican food is the one food I could eat every day and never get sick of. I love homemade green chile too....mmmm, sooo good!

i eat this type of food because this is about all i can eat. i live in texas. i have many food allergies. no corn and wheat. means no meat, pork ,chicken, or beef, no dairy, no eggs.
