  1. I only like them occasionally, usually precooked, otherwise I do them myself.

The problem with the store bought bags is that you have to sort out the contents, so you can cook the food in order so you don't overcook something like peas, and under cook others.

  2. I like it because it is quick and healthy.  But I don't like broccoli in it.

  3. It's a great way to get fiber and eat well without loading up on a ton of meat. It's cheaper, and helps flush your system out periodically.

  4. It's a fairly cheap meal with lots of vitamins and fiber, plus it's easy to cook (if a bit time-consuming if you cut up the vegetables yourself).

It's also extremely versatile; you can alter a vegetable stir-fry recipe with virtually no trouble. My favorite combination is tofu, broccoli, red pepper, onion, carrot, baby corn, and pineapple.

The sauce is also a selling point for me--I love things with sauces on them. Apart from the standard teriyaki, I love Sichuan sauce, hoisin, sweet and sour, hot garlic, and spicy black bean.

I hope this answers your question!

  5. it's the easy way to get vegetables inside u.i like all vegetables

  6. variations are near endless, you can have crunchy and creamy all in 1 bite , numerous sauces + oils can be used to totally change the taste of the exact same veggies

  7. I like stir fry because it allows me to use anything and everything in the fridge and freezer.

There is no one single standard recipe for stir-fry. Rather, it is a method of cooking.
