  1. I can honestly say that I know how you're feeling.  A good (and wise) friend once told me that if a bad thing happens and it makes you think negatively, you will notice the more negative things in your life, and that if you think positively and know that good things will come that the universe will conspire to give you these things that are good.  maybe 3 months is a good amount of time for a sabbatical for self-improvement, or maybe just to kick back and relax.  If you are having trouble with confidence.  Practice talking to people in your head.  In fact, if you want to improve anything that you do, practice mentally before physically practicing.  It may sound strange at first, but I've improved many things about myself as much as three-fold just by practicing in my thoughts.  I hope that I could shed some light on your problem. :)
