Why do you love Stewart Cink? And who do you predict to win the U.S. Open?

A.)  I dont love Stewart Cink, he is just your typical Choke Slam out on the tour right now, put him in the final group or even in contention with Tiger on Sunday and he would melt down, guarenteed, look at how he played at the World Match Play against Tiger!

B.)  I am sure Tiger will win the U.S. Open, the competitors will slowly crumble after he makes a couple birdies tomorrow, by the end of the day Saturday he will have atleast a 3 shot lead and win going away sunday.  I hope I am wrong, I would love to see somebody actually challenge him and make him earn it, but I dont expect that to happen, especially on that course.  As soon as Tiger takes the lead tomorrow watch the other guys start missing fairways and short putts, a recipe that has led to many Tiger victories.  I hope someday the other stars on tour will challenge Tiger like they did Jack, go back and look at all the miracle shots Trevino, Watson and others pulled off against Jack to beat him.  I am hard pressed to find Mickelson, Singh or Els doing anything like that to Tiger, or very rarely.  The only person holing out miracle shots that count is guess who..........Tiger.

The only people I have seen hold off Tiger in a major are longshots like Beem, Johnson, Cabrera, and even Immelman this year, but the big names on tour have rarely played well when Tiger is in contention, to me it's a disservice to the game.

Update (Sunday Morning) - Funny I mentioned Tiger holing out miracle shots, he pretty much had a careers worth of miracles that 3rd round, I was right though, he does have the lead and will probably runaway with it later today, unless the injury really does slow him down
