Why do you make it almost impossible to get to bill pay?

Question

It is almost impossible to get to your bill pay without having to go thru several different things to find it. How hard is it to just go to bill pay with out all the problems to get there? You say go to pch/bill pay and you get everything but that so what is the problem? I`m sure I am not only one that has this problem as I have read where others have tried to get to it and they have a problem also.

You are right, I can't get there right now, they need a new program, hopefully someone will come up with one that will work, complaints don't seem to work, evenually they will get it fixed but who knows when
