  1. Ethyl alcohol can induce urine flow within 20 minutes. As a result of these fluid losses the concentrations of electrolytes in the blood can changed and can be dramatic, particularly in cases of extreme loss of water. Ethyl alcohol appears to affect a hormone called anti diuretic hormone, which induces the kidney to conserve fluids. This effectively concentrates the urine. Ethyl alcohol decreases the ability of the body to concentrate urine, thus promotes water loss rather than allowing the water to be absorbed back into the body. As a result of this electrolyte levels in the blood also rise due to less water being taken back in.

*** Basically, the alcohol makes it to were your kidney's don't filter and reuse the water already in your body.  It flushes it instead.  This is also what makes you dehydrated.***

  2. Alcohol is a diuretic, which means it causes your body to lose more liquid than you drink.  It has something to do with a chemical effect that haults production of a certain hormone and leads to peeing more.

  3. Liquid in.  Liquid out.

Hard liquor will cause you to become dehydrated in the long run.  Alternate between glasses of water and liquor.

  4. If you ate big meal before your body would have something to absorb but if not it goes right throw.

  5. Because alcohol is an DIURETIC.

Alcohol tells your body, specifically your kidneys, to get rid of more excess water. This leads to you wanting to pee after drinking and also explains how alcohol leads to dehydration.
