  1. running is very hard on the body. If you aren't breathering correctly while you run, if you ate to much or to little before you run, what you ate, and whether you are dehydrated or not all play roles in why you sometime puke after running.

  2. If you eat something before running you are likely to get sick.

  3. Maybe if you didn't wait enough after the last time you ate.

I kinda puked once because I had to do three 150m sprints. It was near the beginning of track season so I was all that prepared. I just worked myself too hard and at the end of the third 150m. I was on the ground and didn't want to get up.

    Don't work yourself too hard.

  4. You puke because of the Latic Acid that is in your system. When you run it gets worked up easily and our bodies arnt used to it. Thats why we always need to do a warm up and a cool down then you are less likely to puke because you preparing your body to run or letting your body know that you are done running.

or at least thats why my track coaches have told me over and over again
