  1. you may be dehydrated. or you may just need to stretch better.

  2. you get shaky because since you exercises your energy goes super weak so you cant really hold all that weight

  3. Adrenaline and dopamine will both leave you shaky. Both come about after long periods of strenuous exercise, adrenaline first and dopamine later.

Besides that your muscles having been overtaxed could just as easily cause shaking.

  4. you have reached your ermmm breaking point (cant remember the proper term for it) But it is a good thing, because it means you have pushed yourself to your limit,it comes and goes that shaky-ness i feel it sometimes! Dont worry it is normal

  5. You need to drink water, because you are dehydrated.

  6. Your blood pressure drops, sometimes I get really cold about fifteen minutes after I stop running. By taking off my wet clothes and putting on some snuggly ones, I warm up quick!

  7. Your out of shape.

  8. its simply ur muscles

they have been moving for a long time, so its hard for them to stop.

also normaly, if you weight train with lots of lbs, then ur muscle rips (also known as sore muscles) and that is why they shake
