  1. That's their uniform. It makes them more identifiable, so people will know who to go to when someone's drowning.

  2. so people know they are life guards

  3. its easier to find the instructor with the bright shirt on or one with a logo.  Bright red, orange  or neon or just a tee shirt with a logo.....but it should be sleeveless incase you have to rescue someone who goes under.

We use to wear a nylon mesh sleeveless tee shirt for drag while practicing swimming. works just like a drag suit but it is a sleeveless shirt that creates resisitence when training

  4. i'm guessing but maybe so people know they are a intstuctor and not just another person.

  5. this is because their swim team pushes them in. that happens to my coach all the time. either that or they're just to lazy to take it off when trying to teach us something.

  6. instructors are outside all day and will get sunburned whether they use sunblock or not, the t-shirts just help

  7. To make them more easily Identifiable?

  8. hmmm maybe bcause when your at the pool other people dont get them mistaken for them as other regular people just swimming

  9. so they wont get sunburned

  10. u get a better work out with more clothes on...

if u just wear a suit all the time, ur body gets use to it, and u pretty much get no work out out of it

    its called a drag
