Why do you suppose he called me after I told him not to?

Question

I waited for him faithfully and patiently for a year and a half while he was locked up in prison.. I was with him before....about 2 weeks ago he cheated on me with a girl "he's known longer than me".. so about last monday I told him to drop me off at my mother's house..on our way over there he kept putting me down with sarcastic remarks, like "I need a girl with a car"...in a sarcastic way.

So when we arrived to our destination...... I chose to have a humble attitude and told him "Thank you.. I appreciate it(for the ride home)"...

he got off the car quick to follow me and said in a soft spoken manner: "I'll give you a phone call".. I replied telling him:" Don't" repeatedly but in an assertive way...

But on Sunday and on Tuesday he's called.. after I told him not to.. why do you think he has done that ?

Hon, he's not for you! surely you realise that? Why waste your time on a guy like that? He represents misery for you and nothing else!

Because you didn't elaborate, men are not mind readers(neither am I) and he assumed that you had just had a little annoyance, if you do not wish to speak to him you must break it off clearly.
