  1. no comment.

  2. I suppose it is harder to find jobs in s'pore. Those who have a job will just have to excell and spend more time and dedication to keep the job. It is also the fact that they are more proud of their country then most of the SEAN. Look at the Japanese and the Koreans.

  3. Perhaps that they are money minded kind of people

  4. Mostly Malaysians are procastinate while Singaporeans don't care of today but thinking how life going on in the future!

  5. because they are not pampered and no hard work means no extra income

  6. yes..i agree with it..

    malaysian worker pandai rasuah saja

  7. If you mean those in the government sector or government linked companies then I totally agree with you. Always taking breaks, always take MC, always away on emergency leave, always away on annual leave, always away on kursus (courses), always in meeting & always not available. It takes forever to get things done unless there is money involved.

These people are very dedicated in not being around & not doing their jobs. Nuff said.

  8. So hopefully all this go-slow, tidak-apa-lah, out-dated attitude especially of our grandfathers and grandmothers, do not rub on the younger generation who will soon join the workforce.

We hope that the older generations and esp teachers in schools would guide and encourage the youngsters to adopt a healthy  mindset and a more positive attitude towards work responsibility  in the modern age. We have to keep up with the times, else our society, social stability and  economic viability  will be left far behind and the 2020 developed-nation dream would never be realized.

No more should our hearts be pained to see pretty, innocent-looking but unsmiling and corruptible female workers and their male counterparts in the Customs or Police, going purposely slow about their work, when dealing with locals, visitors or tourists. But the situation is slowly improving...and the world is certainly glad and inspired to see refreshing changes.

  9. hahahahahahahahaahhaha

i cant answer this question ......

    people might hate me........

    ahahahhahahhahhaahha...

  10. Singaporean are more hard working and dilligent to their work compare to us

  11. Not 100% True but generally better / more efficient no doubt. I would give both thumbs up for their Immigration ( ICA ) and Manpower Departments which I have personnaly dealt with before.

P/S: Dont Make a General Conclusion for Everything, there are always the Bright and Dark sides to judge one thing.

  12. who says so?

  13. I always used to get the 'He's in a meeting right now' excuse

    - lol -

  14. No... many hardworking people working in Singapore are also Malaysians who work as hard. Malaysians in Singapore are popular for being hardworking and smart. You'd be surprised to find that many MNCs actually have Malaysians sitting at the top. Some politicians in Singapore also originate from Malaysia.

The people in Malaysia's public service does not represent all Malaysian citizens. In fact, some of them (note:please be clear that I'm not saying all) are actually a disgrace to us.

  15. Maybe it has something to do with the pay? I dont think u yourself care about working extra hours just to be paid peanuts.

    Answering to ur Q:

I dont. Perhaps u hate Malaysian/Malaysia so much until u came out with that idea?

I hate the attitude u mentioned (and i agree with that), when liaising with M'sian govt department, but i never compare them with Singaporean.

I used to liaise with Singaporean and its totally not like wat u said above. Also, have no idea why Malaysian keep exaggerating things about Singaporean.

Nobody can lie to me by saying good things about Singaporean; that they are much better, hardworking, dont mind working extra hours,  polite and so on. Im sick of hearing that.

I must say that i dont hate Singaporean but dislike Malaysian to be compared with the other which likely to having something similar.

  16. In Singapore, if your customer wants something, you RUN for it - it is the same in Hong Kong or Japan, etc.   Because, if you don't RUN, but walk only...your customer disappears when you return....It is the "work culture", i.e. what you want.you have to work for it, not wait with open hands...Also, you find yourself without work if you do not perform ....

In Malaysia, there is that NEP-  - why rush ?  It is in the private sector (mostly where NEP does not applies) that you find any resemblance to Singapore.......
