Human errors. Too comfortable in their cars to pay attention or too uninterested in what a car is in detail to know how to use it well. Basically stick "too" in front of any state of being and you got it. : tired, angry, careless, drunk, etc

People get distracted easily. Taking the eyes off of the road for a second is dangerous. People have no patience. Road rage. Alcohol. Improper experience. Cars can't be trusted. Cell phones. People don't check their blind spot. The list goes on and on, but it all boils down to the fact that people drive cars and nobody is perfect.

People need to be more courteous and not use their cars as weapons. They also need to lose the distracting cell fones and text messaging. Stop trying to race, and "get even" with people, and to obey traffic laws accordingly. I think they happen because people don't pay attention when they are driving. They could be talking on their cell phones or something else distracting them. Also maybe they are driving while under the influence of alcohol or another drug.

Idiot *** women driving around in huge SUV's radio on, putting on makeup, sunglasses on, on cellphone, steering with knee. That's a recipe for disaster.

Then you have the guys with small p***s syndrome that have to feel like a hard *** driving around in a "bad ***" car with too much horse power for their experience and end up wrapping a perfectly nice Camaro or other car around a telephone pole, hurting themselves and possibly others.

Tires can blow, other peoples' errors, bad weather conditions(snow,ice,rain,), inexperience, having bad tires and/or bad brakes, driving while drunk,driving while tired and falling asleep at the wheel, hitting a deer.
