Why do you think drivers when they get in their car & shut the door they shut out the whole world around them?

I've seen more of this type driving out there. No common sense driving. They think that, ok I'm in my car and I'm in my zone and nothing will get in my way. I think that some or all have experienced this.

A bit of a rhetorical rant there, rather than an actual question. I'm assuming that someone pissed you off on the road earlier today. There are a large percentage of people out there who would step on your face as soon as look at you, and are completely self-absorbed, arrogant and irrational. That also applies to people with a driving license and is just one of the many wonderful facts of life.
