Why do you think it's called buah dada instead of buah susu or susu dada ?

why it's associated with buah, if so which buah are they referring to it's coconut,watermelon, papaya,guava or what

Because the buah(s) are grown from the dada which I must presume you know what it means. As to why it isnt called buah susu, well they don't always contain susu. And as you already know, they are buah and not susu hence susu dada is out of the question.

Is your p***s called buah zakar? or batang? mmm now I am confused, seeing that I have given you a good overview of why mammary glands are called buah dada, it's your turn to explain why penises are called zakar.

I learnt this from SBH they call Avocado ("niu nai goh" in chinese)

niu(cow) nai means milk, goh means buah/fruit.

For Avocado juice(zeh) is niu nai goh zeh(juice)!
