back it the eary 1900 it was the other way around.. i saw a show on that.. in the 1920.. pot was legall..but a few congress men got together and made it illegal.. i think they do not know how to tax it.. the gov can not make money from it so it is illegal.. where as alchol is easy to tax

the reason is marijuana is harmful to the body worse than alcohol and can cause more retarted mearks. and if the gov. wanted to they can get marijuana back and tax it is no diffrent then taxing alcohol

Simply because alcohol has been around longer. It's more of a social drug. You saw what happened after they tried to take it away during the 20's.
