Why do you think so many people who can’t handle the responsibility of raising a dog, have children?

  1. Possibly because of social pressure, family pressure, "accidental pregnancies," or any of the other stupid reasons people have babies (I want someone to love me, I want to carry on my family name, I think it will fix my failing relationship,etc).

    I'm all for instituting parenting licenses.
