Why do you think that King James and his scribes decided that the "learned man" had to be a "carpenter"?

After all, Jesus was not called "carpenter", he was called Rabbi.

  2. The reference to carpenter is from Matthew 13:55 and Mark 6:3.

    Jews traditionally learned their trade from their father, working during the week, and observing the Sabbath.

    In the Mark verse, Jesus is specifically named as a carpenter.

It does take a learned man to be a carpenter ! And yes he has read the new testament he has read the whole bible !



    Jesus was a carpenter by trade a Rabbi by blood because for him to have been a Rabbi Joseph had to have been a Rabbi in those days !
