is on SD!? Vince still sees RAW as the flagship show, doesn't he?

Simple...Raw had ratings Smackdaown didn't.  Take two major names, faces and voices (HHH & JR) that will be successful ANYWHERE they go, and put them where they are needed.  HHH had the WWE belt that goes with him, so the World has to go to Raw (where it belongs, I think) the flagship show.

As far as we know, Vince McMahon is not running the shows, his children are.  And, as far as I am concerned, RAW is and always will be the best WWE brand.

I think Vince really doesn't want one show seen as the flagship over the other, but most fans consider RAW the "A" show and the WWE title the "real" World Title.  Thus, the WWE Title is likely on Smackdown because that show is moving to a different network next month, and Vince wants the "real" World Title to be on the show when it debuts, and one of the WWE's biggest names ever holding that title.

to try to booster ratings for smackdown as it heads to it's new channel october 3trd.

raw is still the flagship, but vince wants smackdown to have a channel to be shown on, so he has to deliver ratings. with a series of matches for the belt between undertaker and triple h in october the ratings should be good

Part of strategy and i thinks that is Triple H is on smackdown the rating will go higher is strategy that involves is son-in-law being the best with Undertaker.
