  1. First, Crime is at it's LOWEST in 30 years...get your "facts" straight.

Government is way to worried about the "people" already...get real

  2. The federal government is not responsible for local crime-fighting. That's the responsibility of the local governments - the city government, the county government and the state government.

Shall I make a note of the fact that the areas with the highest crime rates are also areas that have Democrats running them? Or can't you handle the truth?

  3. You are complaining about local, city, county and state government.

I can see the schools have failed you too - or you resisted their effort to educate you.

  4. Because they don't know how to deal with them. Most high ranking government officials, parents were high ranking gov. officials, so most of them haven't ever lived on the streets, they just think the police aren't doing their job right

It's stupid. Plus anyone who has lived there is looked down upon by anyone who has any power...

  5. I was pretty impressed by the group of African Americans at an Obama convention a few weeks back who asked some pretty tough questions towards the Senator about how he is planning on helping families and communities in the United States that are suffering the most right now. He wasn't a McCain nor an Obama supporter, and just wanted to know exactly how Obama would make a direct effect on his community if he was elected President. In the end, he wasn't impressed and decided he was going to continue searching for some sort of truth behind the candidates. This is the kind of mindset we need to implement on the American people. The political party has only divided the country even more than it was before the election process began, and we need to start focusing on how and if potential Presidents will help unify us as a nation of one once again.

  6. BECAUSE CRIME PAYS.

    (SAD BUT TRUE)

    PLAIN AND SIMPLE

ITS IS A FEDERAL PROBLEM TOO.

SIMPLEMINDED PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY ITS A LOCAL CITY PROBLEM.

ITS GOES DEEPER AND BEYOND WHAT HAPPENS IN THE GHETTOS.

DRUGS ARE ONE OF THE REASONS WHY MOST OF THE CRIME EXIST IN THE GHETTOS.

MOST OF THE DRUGS ARE NOT MADE IN THE GHETTOS.

GUNS ARE NOT MADE IN THE GHETTOS.

  7. probably to show us that we don't have it so bad!!!!! think about that.

  8. Our politicians all think that it's their right to serve themselves first and the rest of us later, after has stuffed their own pockets full of money, fame and power.

  9. bcuz they really dont care about america

they just want publicty and the money thats it

thats y we need obama in office :)

  10. Really?  I think the real problem is insane conspiracy-theorists who are spreading lies about the government.

  11. because they're rich ***** they don't give a **** about the economy

  12. But Barbara Bush says that the little people are better off this way.

  13. they have there head to far up there ***

  14. because they do not care abiout anything but money!

  15. What is it, exactly, that you want the GOVERNMENT to do?  Post troops in the streets?  Take away your civil rights?  And why is it the GOVERNMENT's job, and not YOURS, to do something about it? And if the GOVERNMENT DID something about, and raised taxes to do it, would you then complain about higher taxes?

Or are you someone who expects the government to always take care of you?

Street level crime is the job of the police, and LOCAL governments, to take care of.

  16. Why do you think it's the FEDERAL governments problem? Learn a bit how the government works, then feel free to try again ;)
