Why do you think there has been an increase in young peoples alcohol drinking patterns?

Because the environment has been set up to create a peer pressure situation.  Kids are not taking responsibility for their actions anymore, and drinking isn't condoned in the way it used to be.

Greek organizations promote heavy drinking, going out clubbing promotes heavy drinking, young people are being influenced by their environment.
