Why do you think we have more Israeli spies in the US than spies from Arab states?

From the research I've done, Israelis seem to have been spying on the US since the 1970's. Why?

Spies from the Arab states are a very serious threat to The Security of The United States of America and we have very thorough security measures in place to keep them out.

Israeli spies are a nuisance, but not a threat to The United States of America.

Therefore we put our efforts to clear out the greatest threat, which is spies from Arab states.
