Why do you think you can not delete your stardoll account.?

I think this beacause someone I know wanted delete their account and they coudnt

i didnt get on for over a month and they deactivated mine

but i know my sister kept trying to delete hers and she couldnt

like...there was the button for it but it didnt work

it might be because they get more money by ppl having stardoll accounts (through adds and stuff)
