  1. cuz we love it and we love doing things we know we shouldn't

  2. I am not sure what you are asking exactly but if you are asking about causes of food cravings, there isn't a clear, scientific reason yet.

There are plenty of thoughts and opinions. Some here say 'our bodies crave it', however, that is vague and I have yet to meet a person in the scientific community that agrees with that as it is said.

The evidence to support any one reason isn't enough yet. I suggest you research "causes of food cravings".

Here is some brief, but good, information from the American Heart Association about food cravings ranging from low sugar levels to emotional eating: http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.j...

While on some level, there may be some thing that makes each of us crave food that we probably shouldn't eat as much of or any of. For many, however, it probably has a lot to do with marketing/advertising, sociocultural views, convenience, and money, emotional eating, and of course because "it tastes good".

  3. What do you mean by things, or food, that you should not have? Who is the legislator who made the list of shoulds and shouldn'ts?

The basic rule is simple: Nothing in excess.

  4. your body is made to crave what it needs if your body is craving something then it is likely you aren't getting enough of something.  pay attention to your body it knows what it needs

  5. cuz they taste good?

    i don't understand the question.

  6. because it tastes good, some ppl crave food cause they need it

  7. Because your brainwashed to believe that c**p is good!! I used to think krispy kreme donuts were good but now I think its the most discusting thing EVER!!! I'd much rather have a slice of apple instead of that lard filled JUNK!!!
