Why do you want to study computer science?

i have an interview at imperial college london for computer science. they are pretty likely to ask this question.

what kind of interesting answer could i give?

Don't think you should tell them the truth?  If you are going to Imperial College don't you think you should be able to answer this question?  If you really don't know the answer to the question perhaps you should think how you would answer the question if they were asking you about another field and think about switching to that field.  Even if someone gives you an answer you don't think the interviewers are going to probe a little deeper to find out if you really have a passion for Comp Sci.

Because I like living in my mom's basement, I am afraid of girls, WoW is infinitely preferable to real life and my hygiene regimen / wardrobe are unlikely to improve to the standards most people expect.
