That is the American culture to drink have fun and party. What many young people don't understand is alcohol has an affect on them that may make them act out. I did not know many Americans are visiting Rome. I am sure it happens in other countrys too. I am sure it is not just Americans doing this I am sure many other people from other countrys do this also.
