Why do your always f**t before getting period?

I dont know why but just before i get my period for like a week im always farting and they are really really smelly ones, does anyone know why this is???

Maybe you get a bit constipated before your period.

Or maybe it is the food you choose to eat when you have PMT.

Or both.

peirod tends to cause indigestion in the stomach..so it's normal...some get these symtoms some dont..take care wht u eat a week before ur period......

Hmm strange. I always get weird symptoms too before my period.
