They do this because their parents did not teach them that it is wrong to destroy other people's property. They should have been spanked when they did wrong to give them a pain reference.

thankfully not all teens are so silly.

if they brought in the law like in singapore, that would be the last thing they do...

going for a leak in public, one brit guy got lashed 7 times and a £3000 fine. would make them think again.

Yup.  Mostly testosterone talkin.  My friend John told me that for no reason at all once he and his friend, after a night of drinking at Ohio State smashed every window in some small town.  Go figure.  Girls do it too,  just not to the same extent.

There is nothing else for them to do.  In fact, there's nothing much for us adults to do in the UK except go to the Pub.  It just shows you, what have these youths got to look forward to.
