Every night around the same time, my t.v. will have snowy lines scroll up the screen for a few minutes, and then quit.It happens usually about 3 times in a row.I figured it was some kind of RF interference, but what is strange about this is that I use a wireless mouse on my laptop, that stops functioning at the same exact time. Is it possible that there is outside RF getting into the home ? Or maybe interference from unshielded cables ? I need help on this one, because its slightly strange.

  1. I believe you are on the right track, there is something that is happening at the same time every night that is radiating RF interference.  At this point, it's detective work.  Look for things on timers like lights, etc.  If it happens around dark, look for things on photocells.
