because now days cars loose their value real fast,even with all the new parts it still doesnt make them worth any more,and dodges loose their value faster than any other car make their is,its always been like this,it doesnt mean their no better or worse than any othe vehicle made,they just loose their value a lot faster,it wouldnt matter if you had it painted and installed a new engine in it,the value would be the same,good luck.
