  1. Um...because your phone and netzero use the same phone line?

  2. Actually this happens because your phone line and your wireless internet are on the same frequency...5.8ghz. So when your phone rings it is interfering with your internet and will cause it to slow down or shut off. So you might want to try to change the frequency on your phone, if possible. Or maybe you can even do it on the Netzero usb device.

Alright I hope this helped you. Have a good one! :)

  3. If your internet is DSL or CABLE and you are getting it from a WIRELESS router that transmits on 5.8 and so does the phone whenever the phone rings it cause it to disconnect. Get a 2.4ghz phone and it will fix the problem IF the netzero device is 5.8ghz. Call netzero up and ask first.
