  1. It's incredible good ha!!???Since many decades Argentina exports its meat of  superior quality  to the demanding markets of the world.

    The Argentine meat has a

natural and unique taste. It is a product that comes from animals, fed with highly nutritious value natural grass and in a healthy environment in the open range

The animal has everything it needs,   develops in an ideal atmosphere and this way produces healthy meat free of additives and contaminants.

Argentina is one of the great ecological reserves  of the world. Wide green, pastures, diverse geography and  exceptionally rich soil transform the argentinian soil into a true tresure of nature.

This together with the application of the highly developed resulten animals that guarantee the optimal quality of the end product.

The high quality of the Argentine meat is not solely the result of the specialization in the animal breeding

and the upbringing of its animals. Other factors like strict sanitary controls from birth of the animal to the delivery of the end product, including the quality control under severe technical norms, also contribute.

I ate argentinian meat all my life and I love it...I could not find other kind that shows superiority.

    Bye!!!

  2. It doesn't... Kobe beef all the way...

  3. I hear they're allowed to graze in fields instead of being crammed into smaller, cramped spaces with other cows. They're also not fed growth hormones or anything like that.

  4. Because when you go to the restaurant in Buenos Aires they give you so much steak it overlaps the plate, but it is absolutely delicious. It's so good it would make a vegetarian eat meat!

  5. Maybe it's because cattle are allowed to graze in natural pastures... and/or from the particular mix of cow races that occurred here...

Also the way we cook meat, "asado", is similar to US barbecue  but using all-natural charcoal, and always in the open.

But there must be something, because the only time I went abroad, good meat-serving restaurants in Europe advertised their Argentine meat!

  6. Because they unlike North Americans dont cut off all of the fat, thats where the flavor is. I've heard of the grazing thing too, but I think its because its soo fatty.
