Question:

Why does Avon send me stuff that I never order?

Here's what's going on, sometimes Avon sends me NEW products that they just come out with because they want me to sell them. I never get around to selling them anyways and they still expect me to pay for the stuff. This last campaign, they sent me some new perfume and new face cream for 46 dollars. I didn't order it and I am angry that they expect me to pay for it. Why do they send stuff like that to me? Is there any way I can fix it to where they don't send stuff like that anymore?

  1. If you look at your Demo catalog, it shows you all the upcoming items that will be sold.  If you read under the new big upcoming products like perfumes and such it will say that you will be receiving in such and such campaign.  If you don't want it, just contact customer service or simply return it.  (I know, you'll have to pay for the return.)  I'm sure there is a way to un-click the option if you do your orders on line.  If not, make sure you contact you manager.  I used to sell Avon and it always happened too.  Except I would usually sell it to my mom who sells Avon too.  You can also email your manager and have her/him send out a mass email to all the Reps in his district to see if anybody can get if off your hands and pay you what you get charged.  Make sure you mention exactly what it cost you in your email though.

  2. You can log into YourAvon. Go to profile. Click Account info. look and see if you're signed up for preferred preview. If so change it to no. This should stop them from coming, but after you do this call customer service if the problems not solved. I hate getting all those extra packages too!

  3. You are most likely signed up for preferred preview.  You can cancel it very easily as already mentioned.  I would also like to point out that Avon sends a flyer in your order mentioning the upcoming preferrred preview at least 3 campaigns in advance and gives you the option of calling an 800 number to cancel it. That way you can choose which preferred preview you wish to receive and cancel the ones you don't want.
