Bob blocks people? He's the nicest guy in this group.  If someone is blocked by Bob, they must be very offensive.

Some people block everyone that disagrees with them because it's easier to silence them than to answer their criticism.

His question has been asked and answered.

I explained what the problem was.     I am on my 4th account because my prior 3 were suspended.      A common tactic of some of the zealots on Y/A is to report Qs and As with which they disagree.   Two reports and your Q or A is gone, points are lost and you're a bit closer to an account suspension.

When I come back in a few hours and check my account, I appeal these violations - and I am successful 2/3 of the time.

Three times in a row, I went away for a few days and didn't open my account  -  and I got seven or eight violations in a row and then a suspension.

I've since asked many of the same questions and posted many of the same answers (this forum is very repetitive) and the content stands.

What I've done differently this time is block several users.

I do not know if everyone I have blocked was among those doing the false reporting - but I am quite sure that those who were doing the false reporting are among the blocked users.

Also, I removed the block from a few posters on Friday and I came back this morning to find three violations.......

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.........

If he is not satisfied with the answer, that is his business, but why he asks again I do not know.

I'd be more interested in who Bob is blocking.  Let us know so we can check them out.

I block very few people (and certainly not Boatman).  You really have to try hard to get blocked by me.  It's why I get several thumbs down automatically from some of my "fans".  You'll see them mount up here, no doubt.

And I've never reported "he who will not be silenced".  It was far better (and easier) to answer his "questions".  Like batting practice.
