For one thing what makes you think that 'Bush' allowed this?

The next thing is that it is just plain stupid to be complaining when you do not even know the details of this 'unspecified' weapons and gear.

Another thing is that the article did not state that these exports were approved by the US government.  How do we know that these were not exports that were conducted illegally?
