Why does Bush have a 28% approval rating?

it is the economy and the war. that simple. i approve of bush but then again, i am looking at the likely results 20 years from now. we will be better off for his actions now.

See the books: "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" by Vincent Bugliosi, the Prosecutor of Charles Manson and "The GOP-Hater's Handbook" by Jack Huberman.

Those books will show you a good deal about the man. Personally, I would like to see a Revolution and get rid of ALL those rascals, especially in the Supreme Court, and see if we can start anew.

Why areyou so worried about Bush?  Have you ever considered your own sins?  Do you think that you can do any better than Bush as president?

Just because you don't like him and can't see anything possibly attractive about him as president doesn't mean everyone thinks the same way you do.  Even at 28%, that's still 93 million people in this country that approve of him.

The real question is why for the 1st time in history is Congress in the single digits for approval rating?  No matter how much you hate Bush, he is still a lot more popular than the Democat controlled congress.

Might have something to do with him illegally invading Iraq and ruining our economy, and also the man responsible for 9/11 is still at large after almost 7 years.
