Why does Bush support public health care?

for the people in Iraq and Afghanistan and Mexico and every other country in the world but not for Americans?

I can't see the relevancy of bush's support of any social issues, as he will be in office no less than 4 more months,I can't recall the health system of mexico being of importance to the us, except to take care of illegals instead of us footing the bill all the time
