Why does CCTV6 often show wrongly dubbed films?

Question

The reason why I asked because they have shown English speaking films time to time but they are dubbed into German (if there not dubbed into Chinese). Does any one know why?

There is a German CCTV and a French CCTV. I don't know if the German CCTV is 6.

Maybe it's special service for Germans in China?..lol.......anyway, I can't believe you still watch TV , now I only download American TV shows from net~~~~high resolution and can be repeated, non cut version, not ugly dubbed
