Why does China Win Everything???????

Because they're all trained from a very young age to be the best at something. Academics, sports, music... Those who can afford it, anyway.

The last time i checked, Yesterday, America was winning in the medal count. But China takes everything seriously. There female gymnastics team was taken away from there family at the age of 3 to train for gymnastics. And there parents wouldn't even let them come home.

Chinese people are taught from a young age that performance is a must. As kids grow up, parents expect that their kids always give their best. Here in North America we are lazy and too busy dealing with political correctness.

If America took away a families child at age two.....allowed the family to visit the child only twice a month..... subjected those children to brutal body distorting training exercises..... the sole purpose of their life being to win gold at the Olympics..... maybe we would do better at gymnastics also

It is like our baseball players using performance enhancing drugs...... they produce impressive scores but it is not exactly honest

Think of the pressure and torture these poor children endure.....what happens to the thousands that do not make the team.... how are these children impacted by this unnatural life style..... what is their future

Winning is important.....but God bless America.....there are other things MORE important

The current events, gymnastics and diving, are events the Chinese excel in.  They need to have a really strong showing early because the later Olympic events will pretty much exclude any gold medal winners from China.

In China athletes are selected at a very young age. They are taken away from their homes to train. That becomes their whole life. They do nothing but train for their sport. They only get to see their families maybe once a year. The Soviet Union used to do the same thing.

It's not like anyone is randomly deciding who wins or that there is a ballot.  The decisions are merely based upon who did the best in the competitions. So, apparently .. China has been doing better.

3- NFL Superbowl

4- A NASCAR race

5- Academy Award

6- Olympic gold in swimming, wrestling, tae, ice hockey

Well, for one I do believe that they are a very competitive country. They may have practiced a lot to get very good. Also, since China is a communist country, they might have been harsh to their people or something...like labor or something?

Well for decades the USA was winning everything and the USSR was 2nd. So now let some one else have the spot light. You can't stay on top forever. Track and filed will tell the real men from the sissy g*y gymnastics and diving.

Have you seen the gymnastics and diving competitions?  They make everyone else look so clumsy in comparison!  They must have trained since they were a toddler and have been selected as the top batch!
