  1. Because during the golf swing your left and right foot do different things.  Make sure you get the correct pair determined by whether you swing right or left handed.

  2. Etonic shoes are actually "right-handed".  They are built to add extra stability to the inside of the right foot and leg on the backswing, and outside of the left foot and leg on the downswing and follow-through of a right handed golf swing.  They're basically stacked in those areas that would benefit from extra support.

A bit biased, yes, but most golfers (and people) are right handed.

  3. to make it unique.....its just something different

  4. This is true of shoes for both right handed and left handed golfers The soles are patterned to give stability on the backswing, pushoff on the downswing and firmness of ground contact of the lead foot on the downswing. That is also expressed as a firm left side for a righthander and a firm right side for a lefthander. This is essential for any full swing in golf whether it be with the driver or the pitching wedge.
