Why does Fox News make their white female anchors dye their hair blond?

I have yet to see a white female anchor on that channel with brown, black or red hair. Why?

They are all female and definitely brunette. I could have named others that are somewhat between blonde and dark brunettes... not sure just what criteria you are using for blonde.

Don't know if there is dye involved, or just a hiring preference. But even my friends who love Fox News have noticed the disproportionate amount of blondes on the air and wonder what's going on there.
