Question:

Why does Fox news suck so hard?

I like former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura. He was being interviewed this morning on Fox news around 8 am or so. He had some intelligent and interesting things to say about his mistrust for the government, and he had some burning questions about 9/11.

For instance, how did three separate buildings collapse from two planes crashing?

In addition to the twin towers in NYC, a third building also fell. This structure was adjacent to the towers- but there is no way that this would have been physically possible unless it was a deliberate demolition.

I am angry and disenchanted with Fox News, because they cut off Jesse Ventura's interview prematurely. He was making a few statements about his mistrust for the government, and they seemingly suddenly pulled the plug on him. Wtf? (As he said in "Predator").

This angers me.

Do you know who controls the media?

Do you know why digital TV is taking over, and analog TV is becoming obsolete in a few short months?

I do.

  1. Because they're NOT News. They're Conservative propaganda... And the Agenda they're "pushing" has NOTHING to do with "facts", "truth" or "informing the People..." Personally- I don't watch them. They have NOTHING to say...

  2. I don't like to go into conspiracy theories and such but I was also concerned about this.  The building Jesse Ventura is talking about is WTC 7 or World Trade Center 7 and it wasn't hit by any planes.  It was hit by some debris and there was a fire but it should not have collapsed.  In the 9/11 commission report, they basically said we don't know why it collapsed.  If such is the case shouldn't it be important to find out exactly why?

Fox news doesn't report anything that is against the Bush administration and reminds of bullies than real reporters.  They do things such as photoshop their opponents and not tell the audience about it.  It is unreliable and what is sad is that alot of people believe them.

  3. Cus their poster boys Hannity and O'reilly are dumber than the president.

  4. i only watch fox news cause it's funny and i like to laugh at all the ridiculous things they say to liberals it's just funny....

  5. Fox sucks because it is owned by Rupert Murdoch.  They push a hard right agenda and anything that doesn't fall into that profile will be ignored or corrupted as a consequence.

Murdoch is the same in the UK and Australia where he holds large media portfolios. I am not a Murdoch fan.

  6. To answer your question,"Why does Fox news suck so hard?"  Because CNN doesn't even try.

  7. Welcome to the real world. All the news channel in the USA suck very bad.

They dont want to create controversy. They only wanty viewers watching so they can charge more for advertising. Television is entertainment. It is not there to teach anything unless you watch PBS and even then beware of what you choose to believe.

I found that watching international news can be more fruitful. Because here everyone wants to avoid a lawsuit. I mean why would they put any controversy about the 9/11 incident? It is better to let the population believe what the government says and end of story. No lawsuits. No death threats. No nothing. Business just as usual.

Here is another one for people who watch news. Dont you like how you hear about a murder in less than 30 seconds and then it gets switched to "hey! looks like a beautiful sunny day!". That is very screwed up. However, a news anchor or host dies and we get 5 days of mourning for him!! In many countries there is a respect in regards to some of the news where news anchors pay a certain respect or do a short point of view commentary because people feel. But here is all about business and moving on to keep viewers glued to the screen for ratings.

Personally, I find that the news in this country is like a slap to the intelligence of the viewers. We are not mindless cows.

In any case, that is just how news work here. Try seeing some international news, you might actually be more entertained and feel a better connection with reality. Yes, even BBC is better than CNN.

Good Luck. And hope you find other sources of news instead of what the c**p is show in this country. So much for freedom of press.

  8. Because you're a one track minded liberal and cannot face it when told the truth.

  9. You're my type a person. I happen to live in MN, but I don't really like Ventura. But I do agree that Fox News has some underlying issues that need to be...well, exposed. I've also found that interesting that building fell from the bottom when plane hit up top...just something that time will tell.
