Why does HBO and Showtime schedule fight cards on the same night?

They should compete against UFC and other MMA pay per views not each other.

I don't know.  But I do know that if HBO doesn't start showing us the ring girls carrying the round numbers, I'm gonna... well, I dunno what I'm gonna do.  Cry, maybe?

They are looking for your viewership.  Take a stand by watching both at the same time, or neither at all.  Really--do your part to s***w up their numbers.  I am, and so can you!

The worst part is Larry Merchant likes to announce the results of the fights on Showtime during the broadcast of the HBO fights.

Ratings. I don't think they can compete with the UFC.
